Named for the Honor Symbol of Santa Ana Pueblo, The Corn Maiden is the resort's signature fine dining restaurant. It pairs stunning backdrops of the Sandia Mountains with classic adobe-style décor to create a wonderful setting for an unforgettable dinner. Its menu offerings, including tapas, main dishes, and desserts, all feature strong regional influences to give guests a taste of the southwestern culture. Reservations are required and business casual dress is recommended.

A relaxing atmosphere entices guests to the resort's full service restaurant, The Santa Ana Café. Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, the menu features new southwestern twists on classic dishes. The café offers seating at a beautiful outdoor patio, the perfect place to take in the morning air or catch the gorgeous New Mexico sunset over the mesa.

The entertaining gathering spot offers an extensive selection of over 25 tequilas and nearly 20 vodkas, as well as light fare and appetizers. Outdoor seating complete with soothing Kiva fireplaces and unobstructed views of the Bosque and Sandia Mountains make the Rio Grande Lounge a destination to enjoy friends' company that you will not want to miss.

For those guests interested in traveling off-site for a special dinner, The Prairie Star Restaurant offers a fine dining experience that is unforgettable. Located 3 ½ miles from the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa, the restaurant is housed in an old adobe mansion with marvelous views across the high plains and full latilla ceilings. The restaurant offers a menu of New American cuisine which changes seasonally to reflect the freshest ingredients of the area, as well as extensive wine list with over 500 selections. Reservations are highly recommended and you should book early, as volume from the Balloon Fiesta fills The Prairie Star Restaurant during this time. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the restaurant, which can be arranged on site through the hotel concierge.
