Sleep and stress go hand in hand—stress can cause lack of sleep and poor sleep can elevate stress even more. In order to help relieve stress and get the best rest possible, it’s important to take an integrative approach to maintaining a healthy lifestyle, which includes creating a sleep sanctuary (with a comfy bed, of course), eating a healthy diet, taking vitamins and other dietary supplements, and exercising regularly. All of these factors play an important role in helping you get your ZZZs.
