Thirteen New Companies Join CRN

Washington, D.C., February 7, 2017—The Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN), the leading trade association for the dietary supplement and functional food industry, today announced thirteen new companies have joined the association’s membership ranks. These companies include: Voting Members— Brassica Protection Products LLC; Cadena Bio Inc; doTERRA International; Earthrise Nutritionals; Hermes Pharma; NeoCell; Physician’s Seal, LLC; Probi USA, Inc. dba Nutraceutix; Unique Encapsulation Technology LLC; and Associate Members—ACG North America; Gilbert LLP-Insurance Recovery Law; Lifesciencerisk; and Pure Branding Inc.

  • Brassica Protection Products LLC

Founded in 1997, Brassica Protection Products is a leader in the research and development of nutritional ingredients derived from cruciferous vegetables, especially broccoli. Brassica extracts glucoraphanin from its own broccoli seeds to produce truebroc® glucoraphanin, which is marketed for use in nutritional supplements, functional foods, and beverages. Founded in 2008 by a group of healthcare and business professionals, doTERRA International was built on the mission of sharing therapeutic essential oils with the world.

  • Earthrise Nutritionals

The company is based in Germany and offers customized solutions along the value chain, from the development of new product concepts and formulations to manufacturing and regulatory support.

  • NeoCell

NeoCell manufactures collagen supplement formulas for vibrant youth, glowing beauty, and vitality.   • Physician’s Seal, LLC

Physicians Seal is a new company that will focus on the development and commercialization of novel and science-based dietary supplements and OTC drugs. The first product of Physician’s Seal will be launched in 2017.

  • Probi USA, Inc. dba Nutraceutix

Nutraceutix is one of the largest manufacturers and suppliers of probiotics in North America.Nutraceutix offers the proprietary delivery technology BIO-tract®, and provides a wide range of viable and effective probiotic products. Since October 2016, Nutraceutix is part of Probia world leader within probiotics. Probi offers dedicated probiotic expertise and partnership all the way from R&D to finished products for companies within the consumer healthcare and food industry.

  • Unique Encapsulation Technology, LLC

Unique Encapsulation Technology (UET) is a contract manufacturer specializing in unique and challenging formulations for encapsulation.
