Council for Responsible Nutrition Files Lawsuit Challenging Unconstitutional Law That Restricts Access to Health Products

MARCH 13, 2024 – CRN today announced the filing of a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of a recently enacted New York law that would restrict consumer access to safe and beneficial health products. The suit seeks an injunction to prohibit the enforcement of new age-based restrictions on the purchase of certain dietary supplements in the state of New York.

CRN Selects Salt Lake City for 2024 Annual Conference, October 9–11

MARCH 4, 2024 – CRN will host its annual conference, CONVERGENCE ’24, in Salt Lake City on Wednesday–Friday, October 9–11, at the Grand America Hotel. Broad Industry Support for Relaunched Dietary Supplement Caucus

JANUARY 29, 2024 – Five of the major trade associations representing the dietary supplements industry today announced their unified support of the re-establishment of the Congressional Dietary Supplement Caucus. The caucus’ request for registration as a Congressional Member Organization for the 118th Congress was led by co-chairs Rep. John Curtis (R-UT) and Rep. Tony Cárdenas (D-CA).
