The celebratory effort will make strong use of CRN’s online platforms throughout the month of October, and involve consumer education; recognition of champions behind this legislative accomplishment; highlights of significant milestones; and expert insight into how the law has served the industry and consumers—plus what the next 20 years might look like. Key activities will involve:

  • Social Media “Throwback Thursdays” (Oct. 2, 9, 16, and 23)
  • Educational videos featuring CRN leadership
  • And more!

“The passage of DSHEA was monumental, for both our industry and consumers, and we are pleased to dedicate a full month to honor its 20-year legacy. DSHEA has granted FDA an appropriate regulatory framework, created an atmosphere for industry growth and innovation, and allowed consumers the access they desire to a wide variety of affordable, high quality, safe and beneficial dietary supplement products. We hope the industry will join us in this celebration,” said Steve Mister, president & CEO, CRN.
