CRN Conference Presents New York Times Best-Selling Author Sally Hogshead on the Science of Fascination

Washington, D.C., September 14, 2016—The Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN), the leading trade association for the dietary supplement and functional food industry, is pleased to announce that Sally Hogshead, New York Times best-selling author and creator of the Fascination Advantage® Assessment, will speak on Friday, Oct. 28, at The Conference: CRN’s Annual Symposium for the Dietary Supplement Industry. This event takes place Oct. 26–29 in tandem with The Workshop: CRN’s Day of Science, at the Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel, in Dana Point, California.

“Ms. Hogshead made her mark with the Fascination Advantage® method of enhancing communication by understanding how others perceive us,” Steve Mister, president and CEO, CRN, said. “For conference attendees, she’ll present some of her latest research on the science of fascination and how to apply that to their business to help their brands capture attention in today’s distraction-heavy world.”

The science of fascination is based on Ms. Hogshead’s decade of research with one million participants, including dozens of Fortune 500 teams, hundreds of small businesses, and C-level executives. Hundreds of large corporations, small businesses, and universities—including Twitter, Porsche, and New York University—use the Fascinate system to captivate their customers. At CRN’s conference, Ms. Hogshead will share insights from the recently-updated edition of her book, “Fascinate: How to Make Your Brand Impossible to Resist.”

CRN offers four flexible registration options (for members and non-members) spanning The Conference and The Workshop. Find out more and register at: www.crnusa.org/2016events.
