She represents U.S. manufacturers in international trade remedies litigation against unfairly traded foreign imports before the U.S. International Trade Commission, the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. Court of International Trade, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Brooke excels at harnessing complex facts, legal issues, and data to achieve success through law and policy advocacy. Brooke also represents importers and exporters on various considerations and compliance requirements related to the complex rules for doing business across borders.

Paul is a member of CRNs Board of Directors and Chair of CRNs International Forum. He is also very active in other regional and global industry associations focusing on omega-3, food, dietary and natural health products. Paul is currently the Head of Regulatory Affairs for dsm-firmenich North America focusing on human nutrition to bring progress to life.
