Leading Dietary Supplement Trade Associations Host Virtual Symposium

WASHINGTON – The 2021 Dietary Supplements Regulatory Summit (DSRS), has been scheduled for Tuesday, July 13, to be held virtually.

With the date set, registration has opened for the annual event. Now in its sixth year, the Regulatory Summit is a one-day conference to bring industry leaders and FDA decision makers together to share information, perspectives and policy concerns.

As in past years, the 2021 symposium will feature updates and insights from top U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) officials—including Cara Welch, acting director of the agency’s Office of Dietary Supplement Programs—and industry experts, with a focus on dietary supplement regulatory compliance.

The Regulatory Summit is an industry-wide educational event designed specifically for manufacturers, retailers, marketers and distributors of dietary supplements and their ingredients, along with others in the supply chain, such as testing labs, and related service providers, including legal and marketing firms.

The Regulatory Summit is produced by the trade associations representing the dietary supplement industry: the American Herbal Products Association (AHPA), the Consumer Healthcare Products Association (CHPA), the Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN), the Natural Products Association (NPA) and the United Natural Products Alliance (UNPA). Members of these associations receive a substantial discount when registering for the summit.

Featured speakers will be listed on the summit registration page.
