Bring colleagues, get a discounted registration rate!
For the first time ever, companies who send more than one attendee to CMOC18 will receive a discounted registration rate for each attendee sent from their company.
In order to qualify:
- All company attendees must pay full registration fee upfront and attend the two-day meeting.
- The discounts will be refunded after the event has passed.
- CRN will process refunds in the same payment received or per discretion of the finance department if another request is made by the company.
How much is the discount?
- Bring one additional colleague, receive $150 discount each.
- Bring two additional colleagues, receive $200 discount each.
- Bring three additional colleagues, receive $225 discount each.

MEETING CANCELLATION POLICY:
You will receive a refund, less a $20 administrative fee, if you cancel by Friday, May 18, 4:00 pm Eastern. Cancellations received after that date/time, will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations must be made via email to Holly Vogtman (firstname.lastname@example.org).
DINNER CANCELLATION POLICY:
You will receive a refund, less a $20 administrative fee, if you cancel by Friday, May 18, 4:00 pm Eastern. As CRN must guarantee the number of people attending, cancellations received after that date/time will not receive any refund. Cancellations must be made via email to Holly Vogtman (email@example.com).
HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY:
By requesting a room under CRN’s room block at the Royalton Hotel, you agree that if you cancel or no-show, you will be responsible for paying for both nights (room + tax), unless the room can be rebooked by CRN or the hotel according to the conditions of our contract. Cancellations must be made via email to Holly Vogtman (firstname.lastname@example.org).
To get the special rate, you must stay on May 21 and May 22. Reservation cut-off date is Monday, April 23, 2018.
